Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities and tasks:
  • Answering customers' questions mostly in English via live chat, email and phone
  • Keeping high standards of customer service
  • Contacting technical support department to solve customers' technical problems
  • Liaising with third parties such as product vendors or software providers
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English in speaking and writing
  • Good job organizing skills
  • High personal culture standards
  • Peaceful and friendly in direct contacts with customers
